As they say, the Vietnam veteran club is an exclusive club that nobody can buy his way into. You had to do the time to gain admission to the club where everyone knows what they did and what their mates did. Anyone who does not understand that is unlikely to be a member of the club. The good General says there is not that many of us left and our numbers are declining fast.
